The manufacturing process of pressing tools involves several crucial stages. It begins with cutting a suitable-sized billet from the corresponding grade of rolled steel, adhering to the dimensions specified in the size table. The workpiece is then forged and tempered to achieve the desired size and shape. Precision machining steps such as turning, grinding, marking, and drilling are carried out on the forged workpieces. Ultrasonic inspection is conducted to detect any internal defects or cracks.
Matrices, on the other hand, undergo hardening, grinding, and electroerosion treatment. Finishing operations are performed before the matrices are subjected to the nitriding process. The effectiveness of nitriding reinforcement depends on factors such as steel composition and precise control of the chemical-thermal treatment parameters. The resulting diffusion layer's phase composition, structure, adhesion strength, and resistance to forces and thermal influences are critical considerations.

To ensure stable properties, comprehensive temperature control is achieved using optical pyrometers, and all measurement data is stored in the computer. Shot blasting is performed automatically with stainless shot, resulting in a matte surface finish without extrusion strips.

For anodizing, our facility can handle objects up to 7.5 meters in length. Additionally, thin PVC is used to decorate the wrapper area. The production process concludes with meticulous packaging, utilizing pallets to simplify unloading, warehousing, and loading of products, ensuring their safety during transportation.
